Supporting Communities: Promega Employees Give Back Locally and Globally
Our employees seek to better the world using their unique skills and talents, and in ways that bring specific meaning to their lives.
Promega in Action: This initiative gives Madison-based employees the opportunity to receive up to 40 hours of paid time off to volunteer for a not-for-profit organization of their choice. This program has enabled more than 250 employees to volunteer at 75 different organizations around the world, from local food pantries to international programs for vulnerable children. Often, employees collaborate on volunteer efforts, making it a valuable team activity that multiplies their impact on the community.
Employee Giving and Volunteerism: Madison employees leverage the YourCause platform for donation matching, contributing to various causes with corporate matching from Promega. The Dollars for Doers program further supports employees' efforts by offering $125 to their chosen charity for every 10 hours of volunteer work, encouraging volunteer involvement and financial support for numerous charities.
