MagneHis™ Ni-Particles are paramagnetic precharged nickel particles used to isolate polyhistidine- or HQ-tagged protein directly from a crude cell lysate using the MagneHis™ Protein Purification System.

MagneHis™ Ni-Particles are compatible with a variety of common buffers and are suitable for use with cultures volumes from 1ml–1 liter. Binding capacity is approximately 1mg of polyhistidine-tagged protein per 1ml of MagneHis™ Ni-Particles.

Note: This product requires the use of a magnetic stand.
