NanoBiT® Protein:Protein Interaction System
Dr. Richardson’s group focuses on three main topics: statins, autophagy and re-sensitizing resistant cancer cells to chemotherapy. They used the NanoBiT® Protein:Protein Interaction System to measure the association of two proteins involved in autophagosome formation in live cells, and to determine whether potential drug candidates can block this interaction.
