As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, Promega Instrument Service and Support is adapting to ensure the safety of our employees and our valued customers. In order to best meet your needs, we are closely monitoring the shifting global travel requirements and restrictions. Our support teams are continuing to travel, but with limited capacity. In addition, we have moved some of our work into on-site Promega Service Centers where teams continue to deliver service with the same immediacy as pre-COVID times.
