The CCNK Expression Vector contains the coding region of the human CCNK regulatory protein. The expression vectors are designed for use with kinase-NanoLuc® Fusion Vectors that contain the coding region of a kinase-NanoLuc® (or NanoLuc®-kinase) fusion protein. The Expression Vector and kinase-NanoLuc® Fusion Vector are cotransfected into cells prior to analysis using the appropriate NanoBRET® Target Engagement Intracellular Kinase Assay. These regulatory protein Expression Vectors are supplied transfection-ready, with a CMV promoter that drives expression of the full-length regulatory protein.
