The CC1 pan-Kinase Inhibitor is a chemically synthesized compound that broadly binds to kinases, as determined using the NanoBRET® Target Engagement (TE) Intracellular Kinase Assays. Using these assays, intracellular binding of this product is potent to numerous kinases including but not limited to ITK, NUAK1 and LRRK2, which produced 100% binding inhibition at 300nM. Representative IC50 data of this product for HIPK3 and SBK3 in NanoBRET® TE Intracellular Kinase Assays is reported in Application Notes for NanoLuc®-HIPK3 (NV3231) and NanoLuc®-SBK3 (NV4211) fusion vectors, respectively.
Protocols using the CC1 pan-Kinase Inhibitor can be found in #TM598 and #TM603.
