Two warranty levels allow you to customize your support solution.
Upon purchase of the Spectrum Compact CE System, the instrument will be covered by a one-year Standard Warranty. The Standard Warranty covers all parts and labor. Additionally, the Standard Warranty includes one annual on-site Preventive Maintenance visit by a service technician.*
If you need additional coverage during the one-year Standard Warranty period, a Premier Warranty Upgrade is available. The Premier Warranty Upgrade includes all parts, labor and on-site service visits by a factory-trained service technician within 2 business days (where available). Additionally, it includes one annual on-site Preventive Maintenance visit by a service technician. Additional Preventive Maintenance visits are available separately.
Once the initial one-year Standard Warranty has expired, there are several options for continuing service coverage.
