Quantify Targeted Cell Killing with Confidence
The Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Luciferase Assay System provides a highly sensitive, robust and homogeneous reagent for the detection of cell killing in Promega TCK Bioassays. Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Assay Reagent contains a cell-impermeable LgBiT that complements a HiBiT-tagged protein of interest in the extracellular media, resulting in a bright, luminescent NanoBiT® luciferase. Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Luciferase Assay System is functionally tested for performance in the Target Cell Killing Bioassays and is intended for use with those products.

Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Results in a Brighter, Longer-Lasting Signal—Over 72 Hours
Luminescent signal is stable in assay medium for greater than 72 hours. Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Reagent is optimized for batch and continuous-process handling; the extended bright light output offers high sensitivity, especially for extended incubations. HiBiT target cells were incubated with the respective CAR-T cells at the indicated time points before Bio-Glo-NB™ TCK Reagent was added. Panel A. Raji (HiBiT) cells. Panel B. H929 (HiBiT) cells.
