Notes: In this study, the authors investigated the role of Protein Kinase C in the phosphorylation of choline kinase, which is thought to play a role in the generation of human tumors. cAMP-Dependent Protein Kinase, Catalytic Subunit, and Protein Kinase C were used in phosphorylation reactions of pure choline kinase, immunoprecipitated choline kinase and choline kinase synthetic peptides.
